How do I gain insights from work schedules?

Important information
To view certain insights, a Leviy Analytics account is required. You can obtain this through your application manager, Leviy's Account Manager or at support@leviy.com.

In this article, you will read how to extract insights from the generated data for managing your employees.

For the insights, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the main menu and choose Cleaning

2. Select an object

3. In the left menu, go to Insights

4. Click on the desired tab at the top: 

a. Today

b. Weekly

c. Periodically

d. History (Comming Soon)

Then choose the heading you want to know more about below: 

• Daily
• Weekly
• Periodic

Daily

Understanding daily task definitions. It only looks at the situation of daily tasks for today. Every 10 minutes, the board is refreshed with data. You see the ratio of units to be cleaned, along with the open, performed and cancelled task definitions. A global view is shown first, which you can then zoom in further by classification (e.g. Building) and possibly by section (e.g. Building B). This is followed by a table with the cancelled task definitions per unit. Then a table with the open task definitions at the units and finally an entire overview where the data shown is also downloadable to Excel/CSV.

Weekly

Insight into weekly and fortnightly (even/even) task definitions per status and frequency. Data is shown from this week and 2 weeks back. A global view is shown first, which you can then zoom in further per classification (e.g. Building) and then possibly per section (e.g. Building B). An insight is also possible per task definition with the same categories. It is displayed in how many days these have left until the perfect execution time. At the bottom is an entire overview in which the data shown can also be downloaded to Excel/CSV.

Periodic

Understanding all periodic task definitions. A distinction is made between phases/categories (% relative to the selected frequency):

● Beyond the perfect execution moment > 100%

● Approaching 67%-100%

● In a while 34%-66%

● Recently performed 0%-33%

● Never executed before

An overall view is shown first which you can then zoom in further by classification (e.g. Building) and then possibly by section (e.g. Building B). An insight is also possible per task definition with the same categories. It is displayed in how many days these have left until the perfect execution time. At the bottom is an entire overview in which the data displayed can also be downloaded to Excel/CSV.
