Once the start date of a work schedule has arrived, it is no longer possible to make changes to task definitions and linked units.
Select on the relevant topic on which more information is desired:
Duplicate
Duplication means that only task settings are included in the new work schedule, not the linked units.
Follow the steps below to duplicate a work schedule:
1. Go to the main menu and select Cleaning
2. Select an Object
3. In the left menu, go to Work schedules
4. Click the appropriate tab (Active, Draft or Inactive) and then the title of the relevant work schedule
5. Then click Duplicate and fill in the details
a. The title of the work schedule
b. The effective date of the work schedule
6. Click Duplicate
The work schedule has been duplicated and you can make changes in this work schedule. Read how to do this under the heading 'Edit work schedule'.
Please note
Entering the effective date is optional. If it is chosen to enter the effective date, the duplicated work schedule will appear under the 'Inactive' tab. If you choose not to enter the effective date yet, the duplicated work schedule will appear under the 'Draft' tab.
Create a new version
By creating a new version, all task settings and linked units are included in the new work schedule. The start date of the new version determines the end date of the current version.
Follow the steps below to create new version:
1. Go to the main menu and choose Cleaning
2. Select an Object
3. In the left menu, go to Work schedule
4. Click on the appropriate tab (Active, Draft or Inactive) and then the title of the relevant work schedule
5. Then click Create new version and fill in the details
a. The title of the work schedule
b. The effective date of the work schedule
6. Click Apply
The work schedule is duplicated and you can make changes in this work schedule. Read how to do this under the heading 'Edit work schedule'.
Note Entering the effective date is mandatory here. If it is chosen to enter the effective date, the duplicated work schedule will appear under the 'Inactive' tab.
Editing work schedules
Only duplicated or new versions of work schedule - the work schedule under the 'Draft' and 'Inactive' tabs - can be edited. Follow the steps below to edit the contents of these work schedule:
1. Go to the main menu and select Cleaning
2. Select an Object
3. In the left menu, go to Work schedule
4. Click the appropriate tab (Draft or Inactive) and then the title of the relevant work schedule
5. Click Edit next to
a. Title to change the title of the work schedule.
b. Active from to change the start and/or end date
c. Linked units to edit the linked units
d. Tasks to edit the linked task definitions and/or frequencies.
6. Click Save
