Accessing Insights
Insights are available within Leviy’s different modules. To access the Checklist Insights, for example, go to Quality > Checklists in the main menu. Here, you’ll see the board with relevant data, and through the various tabs, you can view different breakdowns and analyses.
Using Filters
On the left side of the screen, you’ll find various filter options. These allow you to refine the data, making it easier to search and tailor the insights to your needs.
Who has access to Insights?
All users within Leviy have access to Insights, except for users with the Customer, Technician or Cleaner user types. Don’t have access yet? Contact Leviy Support to check your account.
