How can I customise a translation in the app?

Is the translation icon not displayed in the app? If so, contact your customer manager!


These days, it is no exception that you have employees from different backgrounds in the workplace and different languages are spoken. Therefore, in addition to the 12 different languages, we have built in a translation function that allows your user to translate tasks and notifications independently. Goodbye language barrier and hello better communication. 


The new feature automatically translates: 

  • task definitions in a work programme
  • title and description of a notification
  • labels of a cleaning status


Want to change a preset translation in? Then follow the explanation below. 



Changing the translation of tasks

  1. On the start screen, click Objects
  2. Click on the name of the desired object.
  3. Under ‘Cleaning’, click Regular to display the overview to display the units with open tasks.
  4. Click on the unit to display the open tasks
  5. Click on the translation icon to display the preset translations.
  6. Click on the toggleto activate the translation(s).
  7. Click the pencil to edit a translation.
  8. Modify the translation
  9. Click on Save


Change translation of labels of a cleaning status

  1. On the start screen, click Objects
  2. Click the name of the desired object.
  3. Under ‘Cleaning’, click units to display the units with cleaning statuses.
  4. Click the translation icon to display the preset translations.
  5. Click on the toggleto activate the translation(s).
  6. Click the pencil to edit a translation.
  7. Modify the translation
  8. Click Save


Change translation of title and description of an issue 

  1. On the start screen, click on Objects
  2. Click the name of the desired object.
  3. Click on the translation icon
  4. Click on the toggleto activate the translation(s).
  5. Click on the pencil to edit a translation.
  6. Modify the translation
  7. Click on Save
