Basics of Leviy Analytics

All topics in this article require you to be logged into Leviy Analytics. Follow the steps below to access Leviy Analytics.

1. Go to https://analysis.leviy.com 

2. Enter the login details

Boards

You are logged into Leviy Analytics and automatically start at the home screen. Now you have a choice of Boards. Follow the steps below to navigate to a board:

3. On the left-hand side of the screen, the navigation shows the available folders 

4. Click on the folder to open it

5. Click on the required Board in the folder

Take note
The folders and the Boards you have access to depend on the modules used by your organisation. 

Widgets

On a Board, you will see various data displayed in widgets. A widget visualises the data. Examples of a widget on the Board ‘Audit Planning' are: 

- Planned audits

- Audits still to be completed

- Completed

Sub-boards

Some charts give the possibility to click through to a sub Board with additional information. These sub Boards adapt to the filters chosen in the main Board. But these Boards can also be filtered. 

You can recognise by the appearance of the mouse whether there is a sub Board below the widget or not. The sub-board opens automatically by clicking on the widget.
