Creating the planning
To create the planning, click on the second tab Create planning in the spreadsheet and follow the steps below:
1. In column A, select the desired Object/Client from the drop-down menu
Take note The format of Clients & Objects is: Client title (client number) - Object title (object number). The number is only displayed if it is entered in Leviy.
2. Select the audit definition from the drop-down in column B
3. Select the desired frequency from the drop-down in column C
4. Enter the deadline in days in column D
Take note If no deadline in days is given, then a deadline of 1 day is used. This means that the audit must be performed on the same day it is planned.
5. In column E, enter the start date, if desired
Take note - The start date has no influence on the date on which the work is actually scheduled, the dates on which the work is scheduled are fixed in advance. - If no start date is set, the moment of synchronising into Leviy is used as the start date.
6. In column F, fill in the end date, if desired
Take note If no end date is set, Leviy will continue to plan based on the set frequency.
7. In column G, enter a description, if desired
Take note - If object numbers are not used, object titles must be unique for each client, otherwise no distinction can be made. - Combinations between clients, objects and definitions that are not valid in the Leviy Dashboard can also not be scheduled via the spreadsheet.
Practical tips
Tip 1 When entering several rows, it may be useful to make a copy of a selection of objects, clients and/or definitions in tab Clients and objects and Definitions and paste them (using the 'paste only values' option) in tab 'Create planning'.
Tip 2 In tab 'Clients and objects' and 'Definitions' you can see a count per client, object or definition based on how often this client, object or definition has been entered in tab 'Create planning'.
