Within Leviy we have the modules DKS, MKS, Checklists and Forms. These are all formats that can be used to draw up audit definitions. It is possible to plan these audits in Leviy. Most organisations choose to do this in order to focus on quality. When you plan a monthly DKS, for example, you get a consistent picture of the quality at the locations.
There are two ways to plan an audit in Leviy, with the Audit Planning or with the Frequency Planning. Frequency Planning is a more advanced version of Audit Planning. Using a spreadsheet linked to the Dashboard, the planning can be imported.
How does this feature work?
- Every day at 01:00 the spreadsheet is synchronised with the Leviy Dashboard so that the planning for the next 90 days is visible in Leviy.
- Daily at 02:00 the clients and objects are synchronised and updated in the spreadsheet where necessary.
Contact your client manager to start using Frequency Planning.
Take note It is not possible to use Frequency Planning to: - Plan at a specific time; the audit is scheduled for the entire day - Assign users, but this can be done manually via the Dashboard - Plan on units; only planning on clients and objects is supported - Plan retroactively
