How do I obtain insight into the attendance registrations for an object (or unit)?

Are you unable to perform the following steps? Perhaps you don't have the right role or user type. Please contact your organisation's Administrator or click here to read more about roles & user types.

If the users have registered their attendance with the App, you want to obtain insight into this. Insight can be obtained in the Dashboard. 

To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Use the search field in the toolbar to navigate to the required object

2. Click on User presence, in the local navigation on the left

3. This page contains an overview by whom and where arrivals and departures have been registered

Tip
- You can filter the data by entering the required period in the filter option at the top right of the table.
- You can export the data by clicking on Download.
- On this page you will see an overview of the whole object, including all associated units. Do you want an overview per unit? Then follow the steps above, only in step 1 navigate to the required unit instead of the object.
