It is our mission to improve your working day. To achieve this, we are constantly working on new developments so that you can work more efficiently, but above all enjoy what you do!
Below you will find an overview of all improvements that can be found in April 2024. Do you have feedback or wishes? Let us know here and maybe we will soon translate your feedback into a nice improvement!
Cleaning
- Cleaning status periodic tasks screen - With periodic tasks, it’s possible to see the cleaning status per unit from now on. Because of this, it’s easy to see if the regular cleaning tasks have already been completed without having to navigate back to the unit screen. The layout is now consistent with the regular cleaning page. Good to know: Completing the periodic tasks does not affect the cleaning status; the status is only linked to the tasks of regular cleaning.
Duplicate work schedule - It is now also possible to duplicate an existing work schedule. Unlike when creating a new version the start date will not affect the end date of the original work schedule. This may be necessary when the work schedule can be used to create new work schedules or when two or more work schedules need to exist simultaneously.
Order by clarified - It is possible to order units by assigned cleaner. The options will now be displayed to clarify how the units are ordered. Additionally, this feature is only available to users with the user type Supervisor and upwards. In this article, you can read more about the user types.
Order by attention points - As of now, it is also possible to order the units by points of attention. This way, supervisors have a clear overview of where work is required from cleaners.
Goodbye language barrier, hello…
From now on, Leviy is available in multiple languages, including Bulgarian, Danish, Polish, Romanian, Turkish, and Ukrainian. This enables employees to get started with Leviy more quickly and ensures communication becomes easier than ever before. Additionally, they can also translate tasks from a work schedule into their language. Later this year, there will be an additional expansion: it will also be possible to translate, for example, the content of issues, audits, and more.
