When sending a checklist, it may happen that the message Failed, No connection appears. The following can be checked.

1. Make sure that the device has a strong 3G, 4G or WiFi connection

2. Is the Checklist ready to be sent? It is possible that something may have gone wrong when storing or sending this Checklist. This can be checked by clicking on the relevant item, after which the Edit and Delete buttons should be visible. Is there only a Delete button? Than an error has occurred when sending the checklist to the dashboard, due to for example attachments (photos). The only option is to remove the part using the Delete button.

PLEASE NOTE! When there is data To be sent, the user must never click on Sign out. This will delete all data.
