Forms are an important part of your daily process. It is possible to digitally fill in forms, by example damage forms, employment forms or visitation reports. A form can be found on two different ways. Below you can find the explanation of both possibilities.
In the daily operation the employees fill in all sorts of forms. Think of damage forms, employment forms or visitation reports. A form is saved in the dashboard after it has been completed. When the form is saved, an e-mail notification can be sent to the customer. The customer needs to have a (viewing) account within LEVIY. This can be set by the internal application manager via the following steps:
1. Select Control in the top menu
2. Select Users
3. Select the user who should receive a notification
4. Under Notifications, select the various notifications that this user is allowed to receive. This will immediately be saved.
