When planning Units, employees are assigned so that every employee has can see his/her tasks on their worksheet or in the LEVIY app on a device. You can assig employees on the Planned statuses page by clicking on Assign and on the Units page by clicking on Actions


This is how it works


On the Planned statuses page

  1. Select the Units you want to assign an employee to (make sure these belong to the same unit categories). 
  2. Click on the blue Assign button.
  3. A popup will appear, click in the Cleaner field.
  4. If you know the name of the employee, you can type it directly in the field. If not you can scroll down until you have found the right one. 
  5. Confirm your choice by clicking on the blue Save button. 

On the Units page

  1. Select the Units you want to assign an employee to (make sure these belong to the same unit categories). 
  2. Click on the blue Actions button and select Change unit status.
  3. A popup will appear, click in the Cleaner field.
  4. If you know the name of the employee, you can type it directly in the field. If not you can scroll down until you have found the right one. 
  5. Confirm your choice by clicking on the blue Save button. 


Please note: If you also assign Units to inspectors within your organisation, this can be done in the exact same way as above. It works exactly the same.
