If you can't log in to your Dashboard, the following steps need to be checked first.

  • Make sure that the device has a strong 3G, 4G or Wifi-connection. 
  • Make sure the username and password are spelled correctly.
    For instance @ or .co.uk has been forgotten, the name might have been misspelled or the e-mail address and/or password does not start with a capital letter. 

If you still have problems signing in, click on Problems signing in? at the bottom of the screen. You can reset your password by following the instructions on your screen.
