The reservation system will send the housekeeping tasks automatically to LEVIY. The rooms which need to be cleaned will have the status of the orange bucket, which means Dirty of Cleaning.

How you can link the rooms to the Room Attendants and the Supervisors is explained below:


1. Open the LEVIY dashboard

2. Log in

3. Click on My Objects in the top menu and choose the hotel

4. Click on Housekeeping on the left

5. Click on Select Room Attendants and select the employees who need to be scheduled

6. Click Save

7. The Room Attendants are now displayed on the planning screen

8. Next, choose Select Supervisors and select the employees who need to be scheduled

9. Click Save

Now that all employees have been added to the planning, the planning is created. Follow the steps below:

1. Next to the name of the Room Attendant, click the plus sign +

2. In the pop-up window the floor is selected and the rooms are selected

3. After selecting the rooms a Supervisor can be chosen

4. If everything has been chosen correctly, click on Confirm

5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 for all Room Attendants

6. When the Room Attendants and the Supervisors synchronize their app, their schedule for that day is displayed
