In the daily operation the employees fill in all sorts of forms. Think of damage forms, employment forms or visitation reports. A completed form can be send via an e-mail notification.

When the incorrect type of form is received as an e-mail notification, the internal application manager can check the following:


1. Check whether this person is linked to the form through his role

From the Home screen choose Control

Click on Forms

Select the relevant form

Check whether the role of the reporting person is linked to viewing / adding


2. Check whether the e-mail notifications are enabled for this person

From the Home screen choose Management

Click on Users

Select the relevant user

Check if the notifications for forms are enabled
